Opening our own deli business was something we always wanted to do. We've gotten very tired of working for people and we saved money and waited for the perfect moment. That perfect moment knocked on our opportunity door a few months later and we couldn't refuse that opportunity. It took the business over a year to become a full-service deli and it brings us great pleasure when our customers tell us positive feedback about our food and tell their family and friends about us.
